The PA-28-181 Piper Archer II
Hangared at CNQ3 (Welland), this plane is readily available to anyone in the Niagara/Hamilton/Haldimand-Norfolk Regions. A PPI was recently completed in February 2021 and shows that the plane is in good condition. Upgrades? That's where the four of us come in. The plane IS airworthy and we can all enjoy it immediately and pick away at making this an even better airplane.
- 1978 Model with 6,750 hours on the airframe
- Lycoming O-360-A4M engine with 920 hours
- 120 hours on the Sensenich Model 76EM855.0.62 Propeller (overhauled May 2020)
- Garmin Avionics currently installed
- Next annual will be due in May of 2022

The initial investment will be between $18-$20k each. Ultimately, I would like to find partners that will keep the Archer II hangared in Welland. CNQ3 is VERY cost effective, accessible, just 14 minutes off of Highway 406 and a well maintained aerodrome.
